My Story

If you found this page, there is a reason why we have been put in each others lives. This is how I met my Reiki teacher, she walked into my life with divine timing and I had no idea what Reiki was or how it would change my life.

I had experienced multiple miscarriages and fertility struggles. The losses and fertility struggle were hard enough to deal with, then add in the hormone imbalance that comes with miscarriage and fertility treatments and I found myself struggling with depression. Depression is something I'd never experienced before. I am normally that person who overbooks myself and is involved in everything and anything because it's fun, and I love being busy. But there came a point where I had to force myself to get off the couch just to do a normal day-to-day activity. I knew something was wrong and I didn't know what to do.

In walks in my amazing Reiki teacher and tells me, "I help people release shit that they are holding on to so they can heal." LOL...yes, that is my awesome Reiki teacher and practitioner. Her exact words were what immediately opened my mind to try this type of healing. From my very first session, I couldn't explain what happened because it seemed make believe....but the way I felt could not be ignored. I felt like I received a full body massage. It was as if a ton of bricks were lifted off my shoulders. I was so relaxed, yet refreshed and rejuvenated. After a few more sessions, I noticed that my nagging shoulder pain that I had for years went away. I learned it's because I am a heart centered person and I store all my energy in my heart space...hence the nagging shoulder pain.
Reiki healed me in so many ways that I was not expecting. Through Reiki I was able to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I immediately fell in love with Reiki and was amazed with the community of people who were touched by Reiki in so many different ways. Six months later I received my Reiki I certification and learned to practice Reiki on myself. Nine months after that I received my Reiki II certification and began practicing Reiki on friends and family. Then COVID19 happened and I started sharing a lot of Distance Reiki with friends and family. I enjoyed it so much and was blown away with the results of Reiki and how it helped so many of my friends and family in small and big ways (it really depends on how open the person is to receiving). Seven months later I received my Reiki III Advanced Reiki Training and continued to share Distance Reiki with friends and family in Colorado, Las Vegas, Washington, and Hawaii. I am always amazed with the immediate results of our Distance Reiki sessions and how healing it is for my clients. It's a beautiful gift to be able to share Reiki light with someone, no matter where they are located, and experience the amazing healing powers of energy work and watch how it changes their life with each session.
